Structure Principle

The intelligent controller drives the output weight of the high-precision screw machine, the weight processing module automatically picks up the weight value quickly for instant calculation, and compares each weighing value with the calibration result, calculates the error value, feeds back and corrects the output of the screw machine in time, and intelligently integrates the balance to ensure the material measuring accuracy of 0.2%. The metering and dosage system, with high degree of automation, easy operation, good sealing and various specifications, is adapted to the requirements of metering and dosage of different production processes of different powder materials in different production environments.
